Avantt Consulting is a management consulting firm with expertise in strategic planning, merger and acquisition strategies and the organizational development needed to implement your plans. Our resources focus on middle market companies between $20 million and $1 billion in annual sales. Founded in 1991 with a handful of manufacturing clients, president David Leis quickly grew the staff and client list – which now includes companies in diverse industries ranging from technology and forest products to banking and health care.
